Through delicate, refined dishes, and tables set with white linen and china, Patrice Vander has created his own version of the brunch. A “royal” buffet featuring the classics cooked to order on the live cooking stations, served at the table in the traditional style. When the weather allows, the Epicurean brunch moves out onto the terrace to fully appreciate the awe-inspiring view of Lake Geneva.
